Yin and Yang: Balance the inner and outer body with Yoga.

We start with Sun Salutations and a dynamic sequence of standing postures to move into a Yin yoga sequence to free the joints of hips, sacrum and lower spine. The practice brings balance as we enjoy two very different aspects of Yoga: energy rising and grounding. Be prepared to hold the sitting postures for 3 minutes and make sure you relax the muscles as you connect with your Stillness.
