Play with balancing poses

We warm up gently to a yoga sequence of standing balancing poses. We practice different variations of Utkatasana / powerful pose, Garudasana / Eagle pose, Hasta Padangustasana / Extended Hand to Big Toe pose, Warrior III / Virabhadrasana III and Pyramid Pose / Parsvottanasana. Enjoy practicing balancing on your yoga matt and as a result feeling more balanced off your yoga matt
