Twisting from the core

In this yoga class we work on the alignment of your body so you can twist properly and safely. We will practice a variety of standing poses with a twist, Twisted Chair pose / Parivrtta Utkatasana, Twisted Side Angle poses and variations / Parivrtta Parsvakonasana, Parivrtta Trikonasana / Twisted Triangle pose etc.... and lots more... If you love twists as much as I do, practice this class!
