Tapas means fire. The fire of discipline that we create in our practice will help us get stronger, more open and make us feel more connected. In this class we will ignite the fire and use that to work towards the handbalancing Bakasana (Crow). Poses include Surya Namaskar, Parsvakonasana, Trikonasana, Malasana and some abs work.
