The yoga poses we practice are all practiced at the wall and are of a restorative nature. Of course great to practice for anyone at any time to open the lower body and when in need of something more relaxing / restorative. The idea is that you will maintain your flexibility, running can tighten the body, especially the lower parts and this sequence practiced regulary afterwards will ensure your body maintaining its openess.
