Yoga for cycling

In this class we'll look at how Yoga can benefit you if you like to ride a bike. We'll look at possible issues with the hamstrings, abductor muscles, the pelvis and the lower back. Doing the yoga poses in this video will help to keep those areas flexible and healthy. We'll also take a look at stiffness in the shoulders and neck and what we can do to keep these areas open and happy.
