To de-stress the mind and body, it helps to become present. To arrive where you are, and be with the senses rather then believing the stories the mind tries to draw you into. This online yoga class has enough movement /flow to draw your attention to the breath, then everything slows down to create enough space and "now-ness" in body and mind to de-stress and finally relax!
