Vinyasa Flow with Wall: Strength and Flexibility

This strengthening sequence uses the wall helps to find a new dimension to standing flow postures like Sun Salutations and core strengthening postures like side plank. The wall gives us a steady feedback and it can be very valuable to open the back of the legs and to prepare for Hanumanasana (full split postures). A great balance of strength and flexibility ending with a calming grounding practice of Supta Padangustasana (lying down big toe posture) and some seated forward bending postures to calm the nervous system and to balance the body and the mind. The class ends with a practice of Viparita Karani (legs up the wall posture) enjoying a rejuvenating practice. A class suitable even for the experienced practitioner as it possibly gives a different approach to improving flexibility and strength.
