Yin yoga for hips and lower back

Open your hips and lower back gently with this Yin yoga class. We will hold the different poses for 3 minutes at a time, some of the poses practiced are butterfly pose, dragons, saddle pose, sphinx pose, swan pose and child's pose. Get connected to your bodies edges so you can release tension and free the body.
