Class 6: Connection

The Yamas and Niyamas are principles of positive action. They help us move in the right direction; seeing ourselves more clearly. The practice of yoga can be like a way to clean the "dirt," on a physical level (getting stronger, more flexible and healthier) and on the more subtle levels of the mind and the way we feel. This class will include some basic pranayama, Pigeon pose variations, Parrivrta Parsvakonasana variations Marichyasana III
