Connect to Seated postures and Twists

This is class number 3 for the "Beginners Next Up" program.From beginner's Yoga introducing specific principles for a healthy and integrated Yoga sitting postures. We start with Sun Salutations in a flowing pace, to move to the floor work. Janu Sirsasana (Head to Knee posture) is practiced with a twisting version along with the detailed classical aspect of this Asana. Baddha Konasana (Bound angle posture), Navasana (boat posture), Upavista Konasana (wide angle posture) are looked at in details. We introduce the principles of twisting in a safe and compassionate way.
