Improving beginners Part 1: Standing postures

A yoga class designed for those who have already experienced and enjoyed the complete beginners program. It is a class also suitable for those who have not practiced yoga for some time. Starting with breath awareness, some transitions from cat, cow and dog down and moving through to the standing postures. They include a wide legged forwards bend, side angle posture and tree posture.
