Yoga Therapy: neck alignment, the sternocleidomastoid

Because of misalignment where the head is in a forward position in relation to the upper body, the muscles of the upper back get strained in a long position and the muscles in the front of the neck get weak and start to slack. In this class you will learn how to align these muscles and bring more harmony to your body. Balance in the body will lead to an increased ability for breathing and being able to relax more easily.
