Class 3: Moderation

Third class on the Yamas and Niyamas. The physical body, or outer body, is where many sensations are experienced when we are in a yoga pose. We practice yoga as long as we keep the connection with our breath and with a deeper state in ourselves as well as staying present. Moderation in our practice is a vital "ingredient" to staying present in our own bodies and lead us to a deeper place within ourselves. This flowing class of standing poses and hipopeners includes Surya Namaskar variations, Utkatasana, Janu Sirshasana, Parsvakonasana, Supta Utthita Padangustasana and Badda Konasana
