We start with Half Sun Salutations, we then move into a very gentle Cat Cow, Downward Facing Dog and Cobra flow. Shoulder stretches. Some of the other poses practiced are: Diamond Pose, Head to knee pose with variations / Janu Sirsanana, Vajrasana / Hero Pose and Reclining Butterfly Pose / Supta Baddha Konasana.
