Time to relax

A gentle practice to help relax the body and mind. If you are used to strong practices, bring a practice like this in regularly as well.. We start with Half Sun Salutations, we then move into a very gentle Cat Cow, Downward Facing Dog and Cobra flow. Shoulder stretches. Some of the other poses practiced are: Diamond Pose, Head to knee pose with variations / Janu Sirsanana, Vajrasana / Hero Pose and Reclining Butterfly Pose / Supta Baddha Konasana.
