Short well rounded Yoga practice

We practice a Downward Facing Dog pose to warm up and strengthen the upper body and spine. Trikonasana / Triangle pose to open the back and hips. Cobra pose / Bujanghasana to open the chest and upper back, Shoulderstand / Sarvangasana to enjoy the benefits of an inversion, head lower then the heart and the increased circilation to all the organs, Janu Sirsasana / Head to Kne pose to open the hip some more and lengthen the back and Paschimottanasana / Seated forward bend to compress and stimulate some of the abdominal organs. A Relaxation to allow the nervous system to clam down. What more do you need!!!
