Monkey up the wall!

This short tutorial should be done only after a proper warm up. Practicing Hanuman at the wall will give you the benefit of support to activate the leg muscles and align the legs. At the same time, it is less risky because your entire weight is not on the legs. This tutorial can be done in the middle of my Power over the Splits class or inserted in another yoga class that works with the hamstrings and inner thighs.
