Stretch stiff lower back

A sequence of postures that can increase flexibility in the lower back, remembering that the lumbar spine is connected with the pelvis and the sacrum. To improve flexibility in this problematic area we need to keep the back of the legs (hamstrings) open, and making sure that we are not forcing the back of the knees. We use support under the knees in case of unflexible lower back, and we use a belt to ease into forward bends. I suggest to practice this class every day for a week, or at lease 3 times a week for a month as repetition and patience can bring incredible results!
