Quick yoga stretch, also great post-running

This yoga class is a great stretch for the hips, psoas, front of the thighs. Calming but energizing, great at the end of the day as a pick me up, as a morning stretch to wake up, or just for in between. After a run, this will make you feel wonderful too!
