Open focus meditation

A short mediation class leading you through the Open focus technique. In this mediation we become as soft and spacious as possible and allowing all experiences, like thoughts, feelings and sensations in the body, to come up as they do. All these experiences come to us in wave- like movements; they appear, linger and leave. All we do is facilitate the space where this is taking place, watching and observing. In this process, awareness will develop and a sense of serene stillness will grow.
