Pregnancy Yoga for experienced practitioners

It is safe to come back to your practice after the first trimester of your pregnancy, however make sure you listen to your body. This practice includes quite dynamic and flowying practices with all the safe transitions to enjoy an intermediate session. The emphasis is into balancing, allowing for plenty of standing postures and a lovely Sun Salutation with maternal adaptations to suit your changing body. Only practice what feels good for you and enjoy a moderate stretch, remembering that your body might feel more flexible so you don't want to overstrain yourself.
