Starting off with our core work again, leg lifts up and down and to the sides, Boat pose / Navasana and Forearm planks, Forearm Side Planks and Dolphin pose. 5 Sun Salutations A / Surya Namaskar A and 3 Sun Salutations B / Surya Namaskar B and then a Tree pose and a Pigeon pose to open the hips to release whatever emotions the cleanse may have brought up! Suddenly practicing 10 days in a row of strengthening yoga is cleansing and will bring about change!
