Revitalizing power yoga flow

Warm up with core work and a gentle flow to wake up the spine. We then bring more heat into the body with Sun Salutations, standing poses, arm balances, we spend time on Side Plank / Vasisthasana, Crow Pose / Bakasana, Side Crow / Parsva Bakasana, and many more in this Power Yoga flow. A gentle cool down leads to a well deserved relaxation.
