Yin Yang Yoga for the hips and core stability

A gentle start with hip opening Yin Yoga poses, to balance the stomach and spleen meridians. We then move into the Yang portion of the classes with a variation of Sun Salutations B incorporating quite a few standing poses, with the focus on how to move from the deeper core of the body so that stability comes easy in some of the more challenging balancing poses.
