A light Hatha Yoga practice

We start with 8 minutes of meditation to help settle the mind. We then slowly move into some neck and shoulder openers, twists, hip openers, a balance pose, a littlebit of everyting. A 5 minute relaxation at the end leaves you feeling grounded, open and deeply, deeply relaxed! Definitely a feel good practice for any level...
