Seated hip opening Yoga class

This yoga practice will release any tension in the lower portion of the body and ground you. A great practice to calm you down. Experience how often we clench our jaw without noticing it and what it feels like to have your jaw soft, and the effect of a relaxed jaw in the pelvic floor! Poses practiced are Eagle arms, Butterfly pose / Baddha konasana, Knee to ankle pose, or Firelog pose / Agnistambhasana, Cow face pose / Gomukhasana, Head to knee pose / Janu sirsasana, Forward bend / Paschimottanasana, Bridge pose / setu bandha sarvangasana, Happy baby pose.
