Yoga for releasing tensions and headaches

A sequence that can be of benefit in case of tension headaches as it relieve the shoulder, neck, and throat areas. Practice carefully and only after consulting with your physician as the stretches can be quite powerful. Allow your awareness to travel inward and find the deep reasons for your tensions and stresses, as until the causes of tension are eradicated the symptoms will reappear. Mostly seated postures, finishing with a standing energy releaser and a calming relaxation. Have a cushion ready for your head and a blanket to cover your body.
