A yoga class that makes you re think the concept of confidence. What is confidence really and how can yoga help us to feel good about ourselves. We practice a rather slow mindfull flow of yoga poses. Standing poses like Crescent pose, Warrior II / Virabhadrasana II, Uttitha Hasta Padangustasana / Standing Big Toe pose, baby backbends like Sphinx pose, Cobra pose / Bhujangasana and Salabasana / Locust pose and Setu Bandha Sarvangasana / Bridge pose. Hip openers like Pigeon pose / Eka Pada Rajakapotasana and Happy baby pose and a forward bend, Uttanasana / Standing Forward Bend
