A pure Yoga flow

Flow into your standing postures, enhancing the flexibility of your hamstrings and opening your hips in a fun and dynamic class. Incorporate the breath in your Yoga practice as we begin with a short pranayama. We end the class with a juicy relaxation, including full "rotation of consciousness" around the body to bring about a higher state of release.
