Free the body with the breath

A breath-based gentle Vinyasa Yoga flow during which we start with a variation of Sun Salutations / Surya Namaskar. Follows with a flow of standing poses like Tree pose / Vrksasana, Triangle pose / Utthita Trikonansana, Half moon pose / Ardha Chandrasana, Standing split pose / Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana. Some seated poses like Boat pose / Navasana, Head to knee pose / Janu Sirsasana, Revolved head to knee pose / Parvrrita Janu sirsasana, Seated forward bend / Paschimottanasana and Bridge pose / Setu Bandhasana to Savasana. A gentle but deep flow in which Esther reminds you to make the breath, the pelvic floor and lower abs the most important focus. Enjoy everybody!
