Yin Yoga is designed to work on slowly releasing the connective tissue that holds the joints together. In this video we show how you can practice safely a Yin yoga class without overly stress your joints. It is important to be mindful of your boundaries, especially if you feel that you have too much flexibility in your body, and a Yin Yoga practice can be very well adapted to invite more awareness. We practice hip postures, alternating them with muscular action to keep the feeling of working within our natural range of movement. An excellent body awareness session.
