Yin Yang Yoga to open your hips and shoulders

We start with two yin yoga poses, one for the hips and one for the shoulders. Then we move into a more dynamic practice of Lunges, Crescent Poses, Pigeon pose / Kapotasana, Squats / Malasana and Wide Legged Forward Bends / Prasarita Padottanasana and a Warrior II pose / Virabhadrasana II, Downward Facing Dog variation with hip opener, and much more. We also practice to be here and now, not in our mind, but with the senses.
