Morning Yoga flow

Wake up and shine! Energize with Sun Salutations, standing postures (including "Fierce Goddess") and core centering to bring life and support to your body, mind and spirit as soon as you rise. The practice takes you through Sirsasana (Head Stand) for extra energy boost: practice this posture only if you have worked with an experienced teacher, and possibly practice at the wall. The lenght of the sequence make it ideal to practice before you go about your daily tasks.
