Handstand preparation using the wall

Gain confidence with your handstand by using the wall for support with these different variations. Andrew uses some arm strengthening practices and bodily awareness practices such as puppy dog, before using the wall , first walking the feet up the wall and then facing the wall for a two foot take off variation of handstand. For the 2 foot take off at the end of the practice please make sure your arms are strong enough to hold you when you jump into handstand. Keep the arms steady when you go upside down, and whatever you do, do not bend your elbows, keep the arms straight instead!
