Yoga Flow for sensitive wrists

Keep your practice going even if your wrists are not very strong. Hands, wrists and lower arms can be strengthened with regular yoga practice, but sometimes it might be a good idea to give them a rest. Practice this sequence instead, with Sun Salutations, standing and sitting postures, all of them gentle on your wrists but still stimulating your upper body. Forearm plank and other forearms postures are practiced.
