Breathe and calm your nerves!

Learning to relax is for many people a reason to start the practice of yoga. In the lives we lead today it is not that easy to "shut off" and release tension that builds up in our minds and spills over in our bodies. In this class the emphasis is on rediscovering the breath as a way to create more softness to the body, more space in the mind and end up with a feeling of wellbeing. Poses include supported Prasarita Padottasana, Balasana, Ardha Matseyendrasana, Viparita Karani.
