First week, class 3. Final class with the theme standing poses. Almost all the poses that you practiced in the first 2 parts will be repeated here in a flow. So if you feel tired take Child Pose / Balasana instead of a vinyasa flow (which is moving from Downward Facing Dog Pose / Adho Mukha Svanasana to Plank Pose through Chaturanga Dandasana to a Cobra Pose / Bhujangasana or Upward Facing Dog Pose / Urdhva Mukha Svanasana. You will feel empowered and strong after this class! Enjoy.. Next week monday we continue with Twists.
