This class is for people who are tired, overworked, stressed out, or simply in need of a break from the hectic nature of their lives. This restorative practice will give you a little time out, just like a mini-vacation would. With only a few active poses, most poses will require props that support the body so the muscles can relax while still receiving the benefits of the posture. This class will include supported poses such as Setu Bandha Sarvangasana and Supta Badda Konasana, leading up to the inverted pose Sarvangasana (shoulder stand).
