Post travel practice-Reground and reconnect

A practice geared for those who travel and people that get uprooted through stress. In this Yoga class the focus is on opening the hips and grounding our energy so we can start to feel relaxed and grounded wherever we are. Progressing from a standing poses sequence, like Parsvakonasana (Side Angle Pose) and Prasarita Padottasana (Wide Angle Forward Bend) towards deeper, seated hipopeners like Pigeon Pose variation, Gomukhasana variation (Cow's Face Pose) and Agnistambhasana (Firelog Pose)
