Warrior Flow

A dynamic and mildly challenging vinyasa sequence, incorporating the connection between the breath and movement. The Warrior sequence will take you through Virabhadrasana I,II, Reversed Virabhadrasana and the Balancing Warrior Virabhadrasana III. It is an strengthening sequence where we start to build up to the more challenging elements that make up Virabhadrasana III. Remember to be strong on the standing leg and to keep both knees as straight as possible.
