Invigorating Vinyasa flow

Developing upper body strength, stamina and focus with Andrew's invigorating Vinyasa Flow sequence. Challenging yet approachable, this practice will take you to wherever your boundaries lie with postures such as Hand to Foot Balance (Hasta Padangustasana), Gomukhasana, Visvamitrasana and variations of Pincha Mayurasana. The yoga practice will be balanced by the Samavritti ratio to calm quieten and focus the mind, finishing with a sooting relaxation.
