Forearm Balance and variation

A challenging class looking at different aspects of the Forearm Balance / Pincha Mayarasana. After articulating the shoulders and upper spine, and with some preparatory postures for possible forearm balance variations, you are guided through the preparation and foundation of the Forearm Balance. After practicing the balance, you are invited to practice variations of the posture such as Scorpion in Forearm Balance and Padmasana in Forearm Balance. After an invigorating practice, quiet the mind and calm the body with a soul-soothing relaxation.
