Balance the body and mind with this Yoga practice that starts active, but slows down after the Sun Salutations with mostly hip openers and forward bends. Some of the poses practiced are: Trikonasana, Parsvottanasana, Half Happy Baby Pose, Supta Padangustasana, Balasana, Parsva Janu Sirsasana, Upavishta Konasana and many more.
