In this practice we hold the poses for 3 minutes each. On a physical level we work on spinal health. The urinary bladder lines run along the back of the legs and split into two lines running up each side of the spine. The kidney lines run along the inside of the legs into the groin. They combine in the sacrum before rising up inside the body along the line of the spine. Poses practiced are Butterfly Pose, Saddle Pose, Sphinx Pose or Cobra Pose, Half Dragonfly Pose, Seated Forward Bend, Savasana.
