Vinyasa Yoga Flow / a little of everything

During this vinyasa yoga flow class we strengthen our legs, work on Cobra Pose (Bhujanghasana) and Upward Facing Dog Pose (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana) and learn to engage our core with Dancing Dog. We continue to practice some standing yoga poses like Triangle Pose (Uttitha Trikonasana), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana II) and cool down with hip openers, twists and a lovely restorative relaxation.
