A Yin Yoga sequence opening the front of the body, preparing the hips, the shoulders and the spine for backbends. Towards the end there is the oppurtunity to practice Wheel Pose / Urdhva Dhanurasana. You can also decide to stick with the yin and skip that pose. A class that is recommended to repeat regularly if you like your body to bend backwards with more ease and freedom.
