Work on opening your shoulders

The shoulders and upper back are gently introduced to stretches that will lead into a general class to strengthen and open the shoulder joints. Particular attention is given to the work of the shoulders and arm in Downward facing dog, where it becomes interesting to work with more detailed instructions. The practice includes standing postures for strength and focus. A well rounded practice to take, to be mindful of the shoulders and to keep them healthy in a yoga practice.
