Optimize the breath

Yoga Therapy class- In this class the central focus is to familiarize ourselves with our breathing patterns and explore techniques, poses and movement, to optimize the breath. The poses in this class will be linked and guided through with the breath as the leading force. The breath is our first means and need of existence. Creating a mindful awareness to how we breathe has tremendous influence on the way we feel and think, as well as numerous physiological aspects, such as our oxygen flow to the organs and digestion.
