With further explorations of Baddha Konasana and seated balance variation, sometimes called Flowering Lotus Posture. Moving from Bound Angle Posture into Star Posture (Tarasana) and if the hips and shoulder are willing, into the beginnings of Turtle Posture,(Kurmasana). You are then guided into Pigeon Posture and some variation including twists and a back bend. The class is closed with a heartwarming relaxation.
