Extra sensory practice: Flow through time and space

Another of David’s spontaneous continuous flow practices with a deep awareness of Proprio / Intro / Extero-ception - knowing where you are in time and space, inside and outside. The Vinyasa flows are based around lunges and hip rotations with a few standing poses added to the mix. This practice has a Headstand in it, which you can always skip. There are also some parts where we roll around on the floor in a few directions so make sure you have a bit of space on either side of your mat.
